Cancellations must be done thru a PHONE CALL. The lady pulled over after arriving at cabin 31 and stated that since we've been here before just let them know if we need anything before they leave for the evening. I called the other establishment we booked and luckily they were nice enough to give us a refund due to miscommunication at Serenity Springs. She even wished me a happy anniversary and said how awesome it was to still be happy after all of those years together, confirmed reservations and I gave her a big thank you. A friendly voice answered and turns out, she was very helpful with accommodating me for a 2-day stay anniversary. I decided to call back the following day around 5:20pm. We called and reserved at a different establishment but wasn't satisfied. I was told that you were book to capacity for the remainder of the week of August 31st.
